Initial Consultation & Assessment – In this session, we evaluate your strengths, movement patterns, and areas that need improvement. This allows us to understand where you currently stand and what we need to focus on.
Goal Setting – Together, we establish both micro-goals (short-term, actionable milestones) and macro-goals (long-term outcomes), ensuring a structured and progressive training plan.
Program Development & Implementation – Using the insights from your assessment and goals, I create a customized training program tailored to your needs. From here, we begin structured training sessions designed to maximize progress while keeping you engaged and motivated.
